A few things you might be wondering

Let’s make the next step clear.

Can I upload a resume I already have?

Yes. Upload a PDF, Word (.docx) or TXT file up to 10 MB, or paste your resume. You can also choose to update your profile from that resume, confirming each section before it is saved.

Can I include both military and civilian experience?

Yes. Add military service, civilian or government jobs, education, certifications, training, skills, languages and projects. Include only facts you can verify. The service library can help you identify codes and qualifications from your own records.

What should I know about federal resumes?

The federal option checks for details such as month/year employment dates and hours per week, and checks PDF length against the standard two-page USAJOBS limit. Agency instructions and exceptions can differ. Review the specific announcement and all required documents; no template guarantees eligibility or acceptance.

Is a cover letter or Virtual CV required?

No. Both are separate destinations in the app. Create a cover letter when you need an introduction for a particular job, or publish a Virtual CV when you want a shareable profile. You choose whether to use either.

How do you handle my information?

Account documents use protected storage. You choose when to submit text for AI processing and what to publish on a Virtual CV. Optional analytics excludes resume text and personal fields. AI can make mistakes, so review the result. Never submit SSNs, birth dates, classified material or sensitive service records. Read the data and AI notice.

Can I install the app on my phone or computer?

Yes. Choose Install app, then follow the instructions for your browser. Supported browsers can add an app icon and open Veteran Resumes in its own window. Sign-in, AI, payments and account documents need an internet connection.

Where do I find a resume I have already purchased?

Open the app and sign in with the same account. Choose Resumes to reopen saved documents and download them again. Purchase history also lets you recover a paid attempt. Guest purchases stay with the browser session where you started.
